          Lewis University’s Shipping and Receiving department has been relocated to Enterprise Drive in Romeoville. Please read this important information regarding addresses for mail/package.

          ALL RESIDENT STUDENTS
          • You must have a mailbox
          • Pick-up mailbox key FALL SEMESTER
          • Return mailbox key SPRING SEMESTER
          • Inform us of your correct mail forwarding address
          • We will forward your mail for 60 days during the summer
          • We only forward first-class mail when you move off campus and/or are no longer a student for 90 days.


          OUTGOING MAIL
          • Our last pick-up of mail/packages is between 2:30–3P
          • After last mail pick-up, all mail/packages will go out the next business day
          • INTEROFFICE MAIL is for faculty/staff only – students are not allowed to distribute any interoffice mail
          INCOMING MAIL
          • Only the individual’s name on the mail/package can receive the mail
          • You must have your key to check your mailbox. Student mail will be in mailboxes by 10:30 AM
          • If you have a package, you will receive a package card in your mailbox – bring it to the window with your student ID to receive package
          • If your mailbox is full, newspapers and magazines will be discarded
          • Packages will be delivered throughout the day. We do not receive these directly, so please check your mailbox for a package card.
          LOST KEY
          • If you lose your key, contact the mailroom immediately. You will need to fill out a form and will be charged for a replacement key
